As a Mechanical Engineer, I provide a sophisticated technical lens on structural stability, materials science, and complex system design. This engineering background allows me to solve problems proactively, ensuring every structure is durable, safe, and high-performing. I am a licensed Construction Supervisor (CSL), authorizing me to manage residential builds while ensuring total compliance with Massachusetts state codes and safety regulations. Furthermore, my background as a Licensed Real Estates Agent offers our clients a unique advantage; I understand how construction choices impact property valuation and market appeal. This blend of engineering rigor, regulatory oversight, and real estate knowledge helps our clients maximize their investments from the initial site visit to the final walkthrough.Â

My leadership style is built on clear communication and accountability, ensuring all teams operate in sync to deliver exceptional results. Beyond managing the crew, I am a specialist in high-end wallpaper installation and decorative finishes. This hands-on expertise in the 'final touches' allows me to ensure that the aesthetic quality of your space matches the structural integrity beneath it.
